Product return procedure
It is possible to return the product. This right of the buyer is noted in the appropriate legal acts. However, the return of the product will be possible if the following conditions are met.
1. Purchase of goods of appropriate quality.
The consumer has the right within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, to replace the product of appropriate quality with a similar one, if the product does not fit in shape, dimensions, style, color or cannot be used according to the purpose, but provided that the product has not been used and its appearance, consumer qualities, packaging, documents have been preserved. If a similar product is not available for sale at the time of exchange, the consumer has the right to either purchase any other product, or receive a refund in the amount of the value of the returned product, or exchange the product for a similar product the first time the corresponding product goes on sale.
2. Purchase of goods of inappropriate quality.
According to Art. 8 of the Law, upon detection of significant defects that arose due to the fault of the product manufacturer, during the warranty period, if such was installed on the Product, the consumer has the right to replace the product or return money. A significant drawback, according to clause 12 of Art. 1 of the Law, a defect that makes it impossible or inadmissible to use the product in accordance with its intended purpose is considered to be due to the fault of the manufacturer, after its elimination, it appears again for reasons independent of the consumer, and at the same time it is endowed with at least one of the following signs:
- it cannot be eliminated at all;
– it takes more than fourteen calendar days to eliminate it or the repair is not possible in another period agreed by the parties;
- he makes the product significantly different from what is provided for in the contract.
The consumer's request for replacement of the product is subject to immediate satisfaction if it is available, and in case of its absence - within two months from the moment of submission of the application. If it is impossible to satisfy the demand within the set period, the consumer has the right to demand the replacement of the defective product with another good quality product with a corresponding price change or a refund. During the period of replacing the defective product with a product of a similar brand (model) of proper quality, the price of which has changed, the cost recalculation is not carried out.
In the case of a refund for a good quality product, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase. Money is returned on the day the claim is presented, and in case of impossibility of returning the money - no later than seven days from the day the claim is presented.
The consumer's claims are considered only after presentation of the sales receipt confirming the purchase, the complete set of the product, packaging, warranty card (if issued during the sale of the product).
Product replacement or refund is possible only if all conditions and procedures are followed.
You will be denied an exchange or refund if:

More than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product, which has no significant defects.

A product that does not have significant defects is not new, that is, it has been used.

When checking the quality of the product, signs of tampering with the product were found.

There is no document confirming the fact of the purchase of the product (warranty card), complete set of the product.
The consumer's demand for a refund for a product of inadequate quality must be fulfilled on the day the corresponding demand is presented, and in case of impossibility of a refund - no later than seven days from the day the demand is presented. Settlement with the consumer in the event of an increase in the price of the product is based on its value at the time of the corresponding demand, and in the case of a price decrease - based on the value of the product at the time of its purchase.
We also draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with Part 3 of Art. 4 of the Law, the buyer is obliged to:
- before starting to operate the product, carefully read the operating rules set out in the product documentation provided by the manufacturer (seller);
- if it is necessary to clarify the conditions and rules for using the product - before starting to use the product, ask for clarification from the seller (manufacturer) or another person performing their functions specified in the operational documentation
- use the product in accordance with its intended purpose and comply with the conditions (requirements, norms, rules) established by the manufacturer of the product (contractor) in the operational documentation;
- in order to prevent negative consequences for the consumer from the use of the product - use the safety measures provided by the manufacturer in the product in compliance with the special rules provided for in the operating documentation, and in the absence of such rules in the documentation - follow the usual reasonable safety measures established for products of this type.
